Smart City SEE Conference and Exhibition is an event where transformation leaders from the most relevant fields for the 4.0 industries, sustainability and smart cities gather. Regulators, visionaries of the digital industry, academic community, startups, financial institutions, private and public sector as well as media, are convening in a cross-sector collaboration, focusing on driving innovation, integrating technology and promoting sustainable living.
After each Smart City SEE conference, concrete results are scaled up: considerable media attention for outstanding speakers and solutions, business and collaborations are formed, and the overall picture of the future becomes clearer. The future of smart cities from the perspective of challenges , but also endless possibilities thanks to the intensive knowledge exchange across Europe and the world, and a stronger connection between public-private partnerships and science for stronger innovative ecosystem.
Since 2019, under the patronage of the National Assembly of Serbia, the World Bank, the City of Belgrade, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, SCSEE has established itself as an international gathering point for experts, city authorities (mayors and smart city managers), as well as industry representatives and innovators. This conference provides solutions and identifies challenges that are priority tasks for all stakeholders in the field of smart cities.
Smart City SEE started as a one-day conference, and with the increasing demand for solutions in the field of smart cities, there arose a need to separate the main panels into individual events.
